SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us here at Beauty By Takes! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

 

Shipping and processing times

Due to the result of Covid-19, our processing and shipping times vary and sometimes have delays. We will do our best to keep you updated with information regarding your order. We process all orders within eight business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends. As a result of working with multiple fulfillment centers, some packages may arrive separately.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Most packages will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the original delivery date may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions and flight arrangements. Please do refer to the tracking information for the most up to date and accurate delivery date.

We do have a standard shipping rate of $4.99 Fortunately, we’re happy to offer free domestic shipping on orders over $125. Please also check with the products information page for up to date estimated information.

International shipping costs and estimates

At the moment we have stopped international shipping and will only ship within the U.S. and Canada. We do hope to later go back to shipping internationally. We do have a standard $4.99 shipping rate for all products as well as additional fees depending on the country of origin.

     

How can I track my order status?

You’ll also receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently only accept returns for qualifying products that are within five days after your order is delivered. Returned items must be in brand-new condition, unopened, in original bag with tag. At this moment customers are responsible for return shipping however, we do hope to change this in the future.

Unfortunately, in the case of lost orders we currently do not give refunds however, customers can make claims with post office.

Cancellation policy

Please note that once you have placed an order, we do our best to fulfill the orders as fast as possible. That means that we will not be able to cancel an order once you have placed them. Thank you for your understanding.
